Decluttering
Decluttering is about more than deciding what stays and what goes. Our approach is compassionate, intentional, and focused on helping you build healthier decision-making habits while keeping your goals at the forefront of the process. We begin with macro sorting, creating a clear picture of what you own and the true volume you are working with before moving into detailed decisions. We teach practical purging techniques, keep the process moving, and avoid staying focused on triggering or difficult items for too long. Instead, we build in achievable wins and positive momentum to help you stay engaged and focused throughout the day.
TOS provides:
- Healthy, repeatable decluttering techniques
- Your goals kept at the center of difficult decisions
- A clear picture of the true volume of what you own
- Support working through challenging belongings without getting stuck
- Momentum through achievable decisions and visible progress
- Skills you can continue using long after the project is complete

Estate & Property Clearing
Clearing a property after the loss of a loved one or in preparation for a move can be an overwhelming process. Every property and every situation is different. Our Property & Estate Clearing Services are customized around your specific needs, from sorting and identifying what will be kept, donated, rehomed, recycled, or disposed of to coordinating the additional services needed to complete the project.
TOS provides:

We treat each property with the care and respect it deserves, so you do not have to navigate the entire process on your own.
Hoarding Support
Clutter can feel heavy, emotionally and physically. Our Professional Organizing Services for hoarding and severe clutter are gentle, respectful, and always judgment-free. We understand the deeper layers behind clutter and meet you with patience and compassion.
We help you at your pace with:
- Step-by-step decluttering
- Safety-focused sorting
- Regaining usable living spaces
- Rebuilding structure and comfort in your home
Whether it is one room or the entire home, you do not have to face it alone. We are here to support your journey toward a safer, calmer, more functional life.
Biohazard Certified Services
Some properties require more than traditional organizing or clearing. Our Biohazard Certified Services allow us to safely address contaminated areas while continuing to support the larger needs of the property and our client. We commonly encounter biohazard conditions during hoarding projects, rodent-infested properties, estate and property clearing, and rural property projects, where contamination may be discovered as the work progresses.
Our services can address:
- Rodent-infested and contaminated areas
- Fecal matter, bodily fluids, and human or animal waste
- Drug-related contamination
- Infestations and affected belongings
- Heavily contaminated areas
- Biohazard conditions discovered during property clearing
Every situation is different. We assess the conditions of the property, determine what can be safely handled or removed, and customize the work around the specific needs of the client and property.
Hauling & Removal Services
Our Hauling & Removal Services focus on responsible removal with sustainable practices at the forefront. We take the extra steps to determine where items should go rather than simply sending everything to the landfill.
We can assist with:
- Donation removal and distribution
- Recycling and trash removal
- Hazardous waste
- Secure document shredding
- Appliance removal
- Specialty recycling and disposal
Approximately 90% of our clients’ donations go to programs supporting domestic violence survivors, foster families and youth, veterans, individuals in recovery, schools, and other community resources.
Coming January 2027: Our nonprofit initiative will help simplify the donation process while expanding our ability to connect usable items with local programs that need them.
Hauling services exclude construction debris and landscaping materials.
